David is an expert tutor in the subject of Chemistry at all levels, from high school and AP prep to college level courses. He is also well equipped to tutor Biology, Physics and Mathematics through Algebra 1 and 2 H, Geometry H, and Trigonometry..

He is an extremely kind and patient tutor who strives to make sure that difficult concepts are understood, and understood well. He is very skilled at creating on-the-fly analogies to help the student grasp the concept at hand, and is not satisfied until the student is completely confident and skilled at working through a challenging problem.

His passion for tutoring began in 2001 at El Camino college in his Geometry course where he was discovered by his teacher as an incredibly patient and skillful tutor of other students in his class. This teacher tried to push him in the direction of teaching, but his love for science kept him on his current career path.

While at El Camino David earned several academic achievement awards for A grades through the Chemistry series, the Biology series and an outstanding achievement award in the area of Biochemistry. While at El Camino David also successfully took the test for, and became a full member, of American Mensa.

David went on from El Camino to UC Davis where he earned his bachelors degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology with a minor in animal Science. This was all a means to an end for David to get into veterinary school. David was accepted to veterinary school in 2009 at Murdoch University in Perth, Western Australia and has since completed the first half of the 5-year course, earning himself a second Bachelors degree in Veterinary Science.
